Sondra - -Dental Hygienist

Sondra graduated from Loyola University in Chicago where she obtained her degree in Dental Hygiene. A dedicated hygienist, Sondra has been providing care to Dr. Smith’s patients since 1985. Sondra is married and is a mother to five children, as well as an assortment of furry, feathered, and finned creatures. When not at work, Sondra enjoys spending time with her husband, cooking, attending to her garden and traveling.

Sue -- Dental Hygienist

Sue  has worked as a Dental Hygienist for Dr. Smith since 1991. She earned her CDA in Dental Assisting and has a degree in Dental Hygiene from Prairie State College. Since 2002, Sue has been teaching at Rio Salado College, School of Dental Hygiene. Sue was awarded "Teacher of the Year " 2009 . Sue has been married for twenty two years and has two children Matt and Jon. She loves to travel, talk politics, and enjoys her three pugs, Shelby, Sassy and Coco.

Erika -- Dental Hygienist

Erika grew up in Southern California and got her BA in Economics at U.C.L.A. Her hygiene degree is from Rio Salado College.She started with Dr. Smith in 2000. She is married with 4 kids and 3 grand kids.

Joanne -- Dental Assistant

Joanne has been Dr. Smith's Dental Assistance since 1991. She started her Dental Career as a Dental Assistant while in High School. She took the State Board Exam for X-ray Certification and passed at age 18. After working for a General Dentist and a Periodontist, she married her military husband. She continued working as a Dental Assistant while living in Texas and Germany. Joanne has three children.

Reina -- Dental Assistant

Reina came to us as an intern student from Carrington College. We liked her so much we made her part of the team. She loves her new profession and enjoys meeting our family of patients. Reina’s daughter, Arielle, is her pride and joy. Arielle keeps her very busy but when she has extra time she enjoys movies, shopping and working.

Shelley -- Front Office

Shelley is part of the front office team and has been with Dr. Smith for over seven years. She can assist you with scheduling appointments, questions regarding insurance, billing and financial arrangements. She enjoys working with patients to insure that their experience in the office is a positive one. She and her husband, Michael, have been together for over 25 years. Together, they enjoy ballroom dancing, traveling and entertaining friends and family.

Connie -- Front Office

Connie is one of the friendly voices you will hear when you call the office.  She has been with Dr. Smith as part of his front office staff since 2007. Connie has worked in the dental field for over 17 years now.    She is happily married and has two kids in elementary school, Brandon and Cara.  She has an awesome Yorkie Poo puppy named "Duke".  Connie loves to read, spend time with family, go to the movies, and sometimes camp.
